Yannick named Rolex ambassador
The famous luxury brand Rolex is thus strengthening its presence in the world of classical music. The announcement of this new partnership was made by Rolex on Instagram. Yannick said he was “absolutely delighted to join the Rolex family” which includes Bryn Terfel, Cecilia Bartoli, Hélène Grimaud, Yuja Wang, Sonya Yoncheva, Rolando Villazón, Juan Diego Flórez, and several other renowned artists.
Rolex is also a partner of some of the “most prestigious temples of opera” on the planet, including the Metropolitan Opera in New York, where Yannick has held the position of Musical Director since 2018, and the Paris National Opera ( Palais Garnier) where the next Rolex ambassadors concert will be held, on May 11, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., with the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra of which Rolex is the exclusive partner; this concert will be conducted by Yannick Nézet-Séguin.
