During a meeting in New York of representatives from the Rolex company as well as musicians, conductors, singers, donors and representatives of the various collaborating orchestras, Yannick launched his Yannick Nézet-Séguin Mentorship program, a project he has been preparing and thinking about for several years, and which will allow young conductors at the beginning of their career to be better prepared and equipped to assume the functions of Music Director of an institution.
