Renowned Artists join the Conservatoire

New circle of honor and outreach

Quebec City, June 16, 2022 – Mrs. Monique F. On June 14, the CMADQ Board of Directors named ten outstanding personalities from the culture and performing arts community as the first members of the Circle, both in music and drama: Alexandre Da Costa, Marie-Thérèse Fortin , Eve Landry, Marie-Nicole Lemieux, Robert Lepage, Marie-Josée Lord, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Catherine Perrin, Lorraine Pintal and Jeff Stinco.

Named for their inspiring artistic journey and their great commitment to the Conservatory and its mission, these artists will be called upon to offer their advice and support to the Conservatory to enable it to consolidate and affirm its distinctive role and its leadership in teaching the arts of the stage. The varied and active careers of these renowned artists will allow the Conservatoire to maintain a privileged link and increased synergy with the professional community, both in Quebec and Canada and internationally.
